１つのメールアドレスで複数のユーザーアカウントを登録できるようにするプラグイン。
1.誰でもユーザーの重複登録をおこなうことができる
2.特定のメールアドレスのみ重複ユーザー登録を行うことができる
3.ユーザーの重複登録ができる上限数を設定できる
4.同一メールアドレスでグループ化した一覧が表示され、メンテナンスができる
設定項目は
1.誰でも複数のユーザー登録ができるようにするかのチェック
2.ユーザー登録数の上限数
3.１を許可しない（チェックしない）場合、ユーザーの複数登録を行うメールアドレスを指定
の３点です
